We bring passion and positivity to everything we do, whether that’s working together on a client project, cheering on our favorite teams during the NCAA tournament, or participating in our annual egg toss. At Spinutech, we take a big picture approach to hiring and we look for people not only with the skill sets that will complement our team, but who will also add to our culture.
We’re Collaborative
We genuinely like each other. And that’s important to us! We foster a positive and collaborative work environment where our team members ask questions and learn from each other — and aren’t afraid to have a little fun along the way. Every month our offices cater lunch and our whole team has a virtual catchup where we celebrate new business, team member anniversaries, and give MVP shoutouts. At our annual team retreats, we spend a whole day away from the office hanging out with one another, discussing processes, educational opportunities, and organizational styles.
We Like to Eat
Food is central to a lot of our events. It is a great equalizer, a great motivator, and we just really like an excuse to share good food. Team lunches, monthly birthday breakfasts, and new member happy hours are regular occurrences around here. Our Culture Club also orchestrates themed events in each office—waffle Wednesdays, summer grill outs, chili cookoffs, margaritas for National Margarita Day, you name it! And of course, we have a fully stocked fridge and pantry whenever you’re in need of a little pick-me-up because no one wants a hangry coworker.
We Believe in Balance
Life is more than a 40 hour work week. That’s why we aim to create an environment that is flexible with personal lives. In addition to PTO, flex time, half-day Fridays, and working from home options are available to make our team members’ lives a little easier. And when it comes time to let loose? We believe in that too. Our annual holiday party, summer kickoff events, and after-hours team bonding experiences (mini golf, anyone?) let us kick back and just enjoy one another’s company outside of the office.
We Care
We care about our communities and we care about each other. Through paid volunteer time off and involvement with community organizations, we make a point to contribute to the greater good together. Internally, our monthly newsletter is the spot for team members to share good news—engagements, new homes, and new fur or human babies. We’ve also started and funded our Spinutech Cares program, which lends a financial helping hand to team members who have experienced hardship.
